Let me give you a brief back story on me & my mentality. I grew up in a very, very, EXTREMELY Loving household. I am forever grateful to my mother & family for teaching me how to be genuinely confident from a very young age. I grew up believing so strongly that I could conquer the world! And believing I was able to do anything I set my mind to. Growing up I learned to be confident about who I am, and very optimistic about life. My brain automatically flips any negative situation into a positive situation immediately! Later on, I understood how important it really is to be confident! I have met many individuals who can be negative, who constantly compare themselves to others, who feel like they can’t be who they really are, who care too much about what others think of them, or who don’t find themselves attractive & beautiful as they really are. These are all insecurity traits & this can really stop you from loving yourself to your full potential. Genuinely Loving yourself is such a beautiful thing, that I wish everyone could do! Because if you love who you are you will never allow any insecurity to get in the way and make you feel less. I strongly feel that this current generation is full of insecurity and it’s so heartbreaking. People constantly compare themselves to others & their success, & even compare their looks, body type, etc. I am a big believer that we should learn how to truly love the skin that we are in & who we are. This is one of the most important traits we should all practice more often & teach our kids so that the next generation can be a generation full of confident men and women who are independent and feel comfortable being who they truly are! Being YOU is so Beautiful!!!

My 5 steps to being confident

  1. Think Positively !

Benefits of thinking positive!

  • Positive leaders can make better decisions!

  • Being positive in your home or workplace will outperform negativity!

  • Being positive will allow you to MANIFEST everything & anything into your life!

  • Positive people have fewer chances of being stressed!

  • Being Optimistic brings you a higher level of happiness!

2. Remind Yourself Every Day How Beautiful & Amazing You Are!

The more you tell yourself how truly amazing you are, the more you will believe it! Works the same way as when you tell yourself all these negative, awful things about yourself. At this point you believe it because you continue to tell this to yourself. Convert the negative thoughts into positive thoughts!

3. Remove Yourself From Toxic Environments & Toxic Individuals!

This step is a big one for me! You have to protect your energy AT ALL COST! Being around anyone toxic bring so much negativity, insecurity, and stress! This is UNNEEDED energy! You DO NOT NEED THIS!!!!!

4. Change Your Body Language & Image!

Envision yourself as your highest self & then start showing up as her!

5. Don’t compare yourself to ANYONE!

Never feel scared to be your authentic true self! Be YOU! Comparing yourself to others will only make you feel worse about yourself, so WHY DO IT? Be appreciative of where you are & everything YOU have accomplished. Continue to look straight to reach the goal you truly want, there is no need to stop and look anywhere else, because at the end of the day this is only affecting you, no one else!
