SIMPLE TO USE! FOLLOW THE STEPS!
I want to share with you how I have been using these strips. Right before bed, I first brush my teeth & floss, I then apply the strips on my top & bottom teeth. I let the strips sit on my teeth for 30 minutes! (Do not go to sleep with them!) I then remove them, & I apply some mouth wash. As a beginner, I repeated these steps 2-3 times the first week (skipping a day or two in between). You want to make sure you skip a few days in between sessions to avoid sensitivity to your teeth! After the 4th session, my teeth were extremely white! (Mind you, I am a heavy coffee drinker)! lol! Some people might need more sessions, others might need less. Since then, I only do “touch-ups” once maybe twice a year! ….. Told you it was easy! Thank me later ♡
